RETURN POLICY
We offer FREE RETURN SERVICE to our customers, yet we’re not in charge of the shipping fee.
Please choose an optional carrier and inform us of your tracking number.
As soon as we receive the returned parcel, we will proceed to refund through PayPal or credit card.
You cannot request a return service if the following situation happens:
Items that have been received more than 30 days
Items whose packages have been opened
DIY collection products (e.g. After School collection, Davinci collection, Pocket curiosities)
